Caitlin is a communications leader and strategist working at the intersection of health, social impact and behaviour change. She has several decades of experience in health and social care communications and has worked as a consultant in the charity and public sectors since 2008, delivering a wide range of strategic marketing, communications and digital projects. This included work at the Department of Health, NHS London and a variety of other health bodies. Prior to this she was Brand Manager and then Head of Marketing at Turning Point, the UK’s largest social care charity.

Caitlin is an expert copywriter and leads on strategy and content development for Kindlemix. She has an MA in publishing, giving her strong expertise in editorial practice and production management, and is an experienced project manager. As a professional writer and editor, she prides herself on being able to translate complex information into straightforward and engaging copy.
